Every Gulf Coast Synthesis software product comes with a fully functional 10-day free trial. The trial is there so you can install the real thing, run it on your own machine, and make sure it fits your setup before you ever pay.
Because of that free trial, sales are final as a rule and generally non-refundable. You get to try the full product first, so there are no surprises after you buy.
That said, I run a small shop and I want you happy with what you bought. While sales are final, I'm happy to make exceptions within a reasonable amount of time after your purchase. If something isn't right, just reach out to me and we'll work it out.
