Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the www.gulfcoastsynthesis.com website (the "Site") and purchasing software licenses (the "Software") from Gulf Coast Synthesis, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Software. The license is for a single user, who may install and use the Software on up to three (3) devices, and those devices may be used at the same time. You may not distribute, rent, lease, or sell the Software or license keys to third parties.
Updates to the Software are included at no additional cost for as long as we own the Software and continue its active development. This covers new versions of the same product, including both feature releases and maintenance releases, and applies to existing license holders at no charge.
Something that is genuinely a substantially different product, rather than an update to this one, is a separate product and may be offered at a separate price. If we cease active development of the Software or discontinue it, your license remains perpetual for the most recent version released to you, and no further updates are promised.
We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy is the authorized reseller of our Software and handles all payment processing, invoicing, and billing-related support. While Lemon Squeezy facilitates the transaction, all purchases are subject to the Gulf Coast Synthesis Refund Policy. We provide a 10-day, fully functional free trial for you to evaluate the Software before purchase. Because of that trial, sales are final as a rule. We are happy to make exceptions within a reasonable time after purchase at our discretion, so please reach out. See our full Refund Policy for details.
The Software, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gulf Coast Synthesis, LLC. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Gulf Coast Synthesis, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this Site.
The Terms in effect on the date of your purchase govern that purchase. Changes to these Terms apply to purchases made after the change takes effect, and do not retroactively reduce the rights of anyone who already holds a license.
